Throughout her career, Angela has been keenly interested in the possibilities of Internet marketing and has recently focused on her research, writing and teaching in the social media marketing niche. Her first book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Creating a Social Network was published in early 2011. Over the last two years, she has worked with Coastal Sound on a contract basis assisting with social media marketing plans and fundraising initiatives.
A lifelong chorister, Angela Crocker brings a passion for choral music and an extensive arts administration background to Coastal Sound Music. She has worked in marketing, fundraising, advocacy and leadership roles in the literary and performing arts. From her time at Whitecap Books to her years of service at the Playhouse Theatre Company, she has committed her professional life to building communities based on shared passions and interests.
Angela’s firsthand knowledge of Coastal Sound began in 2002 when she joined the Coastal Sound Adult Choir as a Second Soprano. Over the years, she volunteered many hours serving on the marketing, strategic planning and fundraising committees and sat on the Board from 2004-2006.
